Shout Out what's Important to YOU!?!

hey hi & greetings to all Wonderful Wealthy Affiliate members working diligently and most likely quietly 'at home' on line. . .

with all this new-found time on our hands these days and in our respective 'bubbles' -- do we still have our voices?



yes, of course, we're blogging, writing, editing, researching, keying, imagineering, dreaming..... yes, a lot of time alone, in self-isolation perhaps? . . .

are we conversing with others as much as we used to do pre-pandemic?


frankly, we are social animals and we like to gather ---- it's a challenge to be in 'solitary' for too long . . . actually it may be harmful to one's health ... emotional, mental health ....





so I've discovered a healthy solution to my own sense of frustration as I do enjoy being a 'social butterfly' as such and sure miss seeing friends, conversing with whomever is available to yak their ears off ... lol ...


A friend once told me that the most vital, significant things in life are sometimes the hardest to say. Perhaps, it may be things that feel shameful or guilt-ridden in one's head and if the words were to be spit out, the harshness of daylight may just bring all those feelings to the fore --- better to allow it to stay in the weeds and to keep it a big secret, a big burden in one's heart and to stay buried there deeply, so deeply it can be forgotten!


Well, well, is it truly forgotten?


Newsflash! ... no way is it gone and forgotten!


All of a sudden, the dreaded writer's block -- BLANK just happened!


Gosh, now what to do? ... what is to be done? ...


As we know, our body reacts to stress in many different ways ... and sometimes, unbeknownst to us, the stress and resulting reaction arrives mysteriously ...


I've discovered -- Eureka!





The ol' Primeval Scream or Shout Out works!


Yes, give yourself the gift of relief ... what is the most important thing on earth that you value? ... what is it that you value the most?


And then Shout It Out! .... do a Super Shout Out! ... (choose a place where you can have some auditory privacy and a place where you wouldn't startle anyone -- would not suggest a library ... lol ... might run the risk of waking up the 'eggheads.' -- besides, libraries are all closed anyway due to the big C.)


Choose a spacious, preferably outdoor space, like your local 'jungle' green park ... and give yourself the precious gift of 'freedom' to shout! .... of course, physical distancing needs to be factored in ...


Freedom, integrity and indpendence are my top values -- so I've enjoyed a shout out and i feel so much better!


Tarzan had it right! ... he shouted at the top of his lungs as he swung through the green jungle on vines.... lol ....

Never tried it, too self conscious.
I do a thing called primal silence, it's like screaming but with no noise and I can do it at home. I have almost perfected the technique to the point where my wife thinks I have nodded off it's so quiet.

... we've been in this 'shut-down' for some three or four months ongoing now and it's getting harder and harder ... in the sense, that a lot of people have seemingly 'shut-down' due to being 'shut-in; ....

I have heard that before. I have no place to go, so I have placed a pillow over my mouth and shouted at the top of my lungs. It works well too. After I did that, I danced! And it felt good! It was fun and free! Try that way if you have no place to go shout out.

... appreciate the helpful 'shout out' tip, and careful with the muffling ... possibly make muffins from it ... just kiddin' ... glad it helps to make you feel free and to enjoy a dance about afterwards! .... that's the WAy! ...

... I've enjoyed the feeling of freedom in doing a 'shout out' in the great fresh outdoors in a green park or woody forest ... i suppose I could also do it during my puppy walks as long as it doesn't disturb or startle some hidey-hole person over the fence or in the bush ...

.... i recall a survey where a question was asked as to a person's greatest fear ... the top two were: loud noises and the fear of falling ... so a seemingly sudden shout out or loud voice might startle even the birds to take flight ...

ah well, in this times, stress & angst all need to be released in constructive ways otherwise, writer's block might ensue and we all need to keep our minds clear to compose / write posts ....

Hi Keisha. I can close off my bedroom and go to my walk in closet. It’s a great place to let out a holler. The clothes in there will muffle it for me.

I wouldn’t want to scare my wife and daughter. 🤪🤪🤪

... oh ya ... a muffler might help! ... I should have put a qualifier at the bottom of the post .... please do not scare people unwittingly with the 'jolliers!' ... lol ... chuckles! ..

... gotta let it all out sometimes ... and i think this might one of those times ....

I’ve had two already... any more and I’d be bouncing off the walls.

ok ... it's all good ... i'm going to get myself a cuppa ... the brew station just finished perking fresh ground coffee ... the aroma is intoxicating ...

and by the way, 'bouncing off the walls' is likely a new kinda super exercise, try not to hurt yourself doing that! ... :)
