... Any photo equipment / digital camera buffs out there? ... Pondering about upgrading my photo equipment to take better stills and videos to upload onto my eventual blogs/websites -- well here's hoping at least.

Currently have a lovely little Lumix which I bought this century and yes, it is a very small compact, portable camera with stills and video capacity. I had to take a digital photography learner-bee program to use it. I'd be interested in learning more / hearing from you for recommendations, suggestions about the best and simplest to use, lightweight vid./camera for today's technical world where it would also be easy to download onto the net to share -- particularly, one that you may be using or have used that would also be suitable for 'wildlife' photos/videos... and any helpful attachments that would need to accompany it... this is a novice speaking...

Simplicity in life is best--a motto that I go by......would it be ok to skip the phone cameras... :)

Suggestions?

The replies may help others seeking a similar solution....thanks kindly for your attention...

Enjoy a wonderful, fun-filled, sunny day!

Merci, grazie mille...

Thanks for sharing, Keisha.

almost any digital camera will work - depending on the pictures you rewuire.
all of you pictures should be reduced in size down to tens of kilobytes before uploading.
i tend to use paint and resize mine to 640 pixels by ... before saving as a low res one for the site. normally less than 100kb each.
have fun

Hi Top 50! ... thanks kindly for your reply ... my challenge is also being able to transfer the selected photos from the camera and onto the computer (Windows 10) for downloading & publishing? ... still miss the ol' Windows XP--best platform ever built. . . (my novice opinion) ... techie challenged a lot of the days here...
appreciate your help with this... :)

now no problem - remove sd card plug it into computer and copy pictures across.
then reduce size and upload.
still got an old win xp computer!! still run it! some programs won't run on win10
don't worry about the tech it is still the same underneath!! just more window dtressing.

...loved my ol' Toshiba windows xp which ran for some 10-12 years... paid $$$ at the front end and worth every penny -- it still runs i think, haven't cranked it up lately as still trying to get used to windows10--arghh! ... following u for your tech.expertise...thanks kindly again for the help--much appreciated... :)

don't blog on her much - as you can see from the 0 post figure.
so if you do need help please shout.
small steps - you will get there. :)

Just a small techie answer here, THERE are several new digital SLR cameras, (NIKON, Samsung, Toshiba and others that have BlueTooth capabilities.) This means once you have the photos you like, you can Bluetooth them into your computer, your phone or most any BT capable machine for printing, editing or distribution/ uploading. This is the easiest way I know and ensures you're not struggling with photo formats all the time.
For the best value, I have included what I have found the best Point and Shoot version I have seen with built-in Wi-fi, BT and so much more for a very reasonable price. PM me for that site on Wal-Mart.com

Thanks kindly for sharing your wealth of knowledge -- much appreciated... and whenever I might have a query re: digital tech--then if it's ok, I'll run it by you... cheerio... :)

I have no problem with that, anytime you need it, ask away.
