Dear Wealthy Affiliate friends, family, neighbors, forecasters, seers, planners, people with 20/20 vision. . .

Just a quick post with a few quick thoughts to share ---

With the global disruption of things -- and life as we've known it to be ....

Business planning 101 at its best has worked well in the past with forward thinking and steps outlined for action to scale to success. . .

This is simply to ask if anyone who reads this can see into the future and possibly advise as to which WAy would be the best direction to be guided on in moving onward. . .

Who can see into the future? ... and what would it look like in terms of anything new or innovative for everyone's success?

O crystal ball, o crystal ball, what can you show us now?. . . do tell us . . .

Just from observation only --- the 'To Go' or 'delivery service' biz will do very well for the time-being . . . what do you think? . . . thoughts, opinions, ideas? . . .

All the very best to everyone in these challenging times . . .

Keep well, keep calm, keep healthy and keep safe ....

*love & kindness to you all who get a chance to read this . . . thank you . . .

The delivery service will do well if handled properly by the receiver. There is a lot more involved in handling these packages, I read that they can live 24 hours on cardboard, 36 hours on plastic. Packages left outside, then moved to isolated area with protective wear (not thru the house), take items out of container, destroy box and disinfect area where box was sitting. If this is true, still big challenges. Food delivery offers more challenges.

Great post!
In my crystal ball, I see that the world will lean more towards the delivery service and the internet shops. Because we can see that all physical businesses can be very fragile in the face of economic change. While Amazon and all its friends have never been so well, others are worried about what will become of them. We will see, but I think the internet world will emerge strengthened from all this.

Stay safe!
Ingrid

hi Ingrid ... powerful trending prediction from your crystal ball! ...

l๐Ÿ‘€ks like it's bearing out! .... keep well & healthy ... :)

None of us can predict the future. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.

I'm thinking economies will take a hit, but in time will rebound as we "flatten the curve" on the impact of the outbreak.

I've been following some to the news (the parts of it that don't give me a migraine headache, that is ๐Ÿ˜ซ ) and I can understand the government stepping in with some bailouts to help the economy.

But I'm person who still believe's in small businesses and the private sector. Perhaps everyone will rethink their business models, like considering online business along with their brick and mortar, and other strategies.

I was listening to a talk show the other day about a restaurant owner who actually had a special type of insurance policy before hand that covers him incase a catastrophe like this occurs that affects his business and bottom line - similar to a hurricane or earthquake hitting it. And he stated that he was going to be alright financially.

Obviously everyone isn't as fortunate as this individual, but hopefully we can try to stay prepared going forward.

That's my two cents, Keisha
Isaiah ๐Ÿ˜Š

hey hi Isaiah -- appreciate your fulsome two cents .. lol ... ๐Ÿ†

insurance is only as good as their capacity to pay the insured! ...

yes, 'income protection' policies are good ones --

and of course, there's more than enough now for everyone on earth -- it's just of how the resources are allocated ..... this 'hoarding' thing would be so unnecessary if people knew they were already supported with sufficiency --- such a a universal allowance ... after all, do birds worry about their next meal? ...

once it is all said and done -- hopefully, this will make for a much better world ....

keep well & healthy! ... blessings ... ๐Ÿ™ ....

History shows us that many of the USA's long-lasting businesses started in times of great turmoils.

The home delivery businesses will certainly start popping up more, cause of the need and demand is there.

Many homes don't have home offices set up yet, they also aren't set up for homeschooling their children either.

Earthship homes, or what could also be called self-sustaining homes. I think will become more popular as people start looking for ways to lower their house bills.

Solar Panels, Longer Lasting Light bulbs, etc.

I think people will start looking at more local food sources.
Or growing some of it at home as a means to lower household bills.

In the early 1900s, a household went to town once a month for supplies of the things they weren't growing at home.

The old saying that History Repeats It's Self has been echoing in my head for a few days now.

We are liable to see many things happening in the future that are similar to what went on in the USA's Great Depression.

Many people are in a panic, but some people are excited.

hey hi Petina --- good to see you here today to enjoy a wee chat together ... appreciate your fulsome reply and commentary, too . . .
what i find interesting is your comment about 'some people are excited' .... what did you mean? ... i can understand the 'many... are in a panic' leading to empty shelves before stores can stock up again ... and apparently, the supply chain is still working ok ...

yes, 'excited people?' ...

My father is one of the excited people. He wishes he was twenty instead of 80+. Those empty shelves are limited opportunities. The massive panic has unlocked some really amazing doors in the business world but those doors will close and lock when the massive panic is over. That is why some people are excited.

... that's wonderful that your father is still going strong and rockin' at 80+ ... amazingly wonderful! ... enjoy your Dad while he's still here with you ... I miss talking with mine ...

... thanks for the elaboration -- YOU are appreciated! . โญ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜Šโญ๏ธ

You are very appreciated. you got me to ask him why.

Like Joe just mentioned, we need to be flexible and innovative. History reports many fortunes that were made by those who were adaptable while others around them thought all was lost. I do think we're going to see a very different world when we come out on the other side of this. My plan is to continue writing and posting.

Thanks for opening up the discussion!

*** Good plan going forward, Nancy . . . ๐Ÿ† . . .appreciate very much your thoughtful reply and comment .... and yes, agree with you that we're going to see a very different world coming out the other side of all this ...

any sense or idea of the time line? . . .

All the very best for health & safety ... blessings .... ๐Ÿ™ . . . ***

I suspect within the next six months, maybe less, we'll see changes in how our lives are lived. Governments are already busy creating plans to keep the ship afloat. I expect it will continue well into 2022. That's just based on history and what I've been observing for the past few day. It will be interesting to watch it all unfold.

Blessings to you too.
