Dear Wealthy Affiliate members and all who are contemplating in building a new on line business,

We've all heard about the struggles that people are experiencing because of the worldwide change in work schedules, event cancellations, travel plans kiboshed and it is all leading to greater levels of 'stress!'

It's truly a challenging time!

We're forgetting what day of the week it is -- is it Tuesday or is it Wednesday?

Actually, it's Thursday!

A neighbor mentioned that he had gone by KFC and asked for the Tuesday Special when the service clerk gently pointed out it was Wednesday.

Perhaps if we lived in a kinder, gentler world, he would have been served the Special regardless, yes?

And there are worries about getting food on the table and concerns with making bill payments.

Well, this is a vital time to learn and to build an on line endeavor that can provide some 'predictability' and 'stability' when all the rest of life is seemingly in such disarray around the world!

The best thing in dealing with the 'stress' is to be kind with oneself.

How does this begin?

Charles Glassman said it well:

“Kindness begins with the understanding that we all struggle.”

Charles F. Glassman, Author -- Brain Drain ... a retired internal medicine doc whose goal is to introduce people to transformational health, of how to turn illness into prime wellness where body, mind, and spirit are all working as one.

Plus, he adds this meaningful quote:

“The most sincere form of kindness is not to show off our greatness but to help another discover their own.”

Back to our schedule for the day:

Here's a few tips to stay on target:

1. Get a calendar to mark the days.

Marking the days helps to keep us on track of which day of the week it is and it helps to keep us grounded during this 'at home' period.

2. Block off a regular time that you want to be on line working on the Wealthy Affiliate platform.

Regular habits of working provides a 'daily rhythm' that structures each day with meaningful, productive work time.

3. Allocate a 'be kind to me' time each day.

It's vital to give yourself some time to exercise, or to meditate, or to give yourself some 'reward' activity that you truly enjoy for feeling pampered -- it could be a bubble bath or epsom salt soak!

4. Plan a 'be kind & helpful' to someone else each day.

Doing something helpful for someone else is uplifting to one's own sense of self.

5. How about simply a 'random' act of kindness?

. . . just because. . .

Well, indeed, there could be many, many other measures one could take to better structure our seemingly endless 'at home' days --- what are some of your suggestions, tips, ideas?

For all who are reading this post, may angelic blessings find you and help guide you lovingly along the WAy ....

All the best for every Success . . .

Totally a dream blog post!!
This was so great to read. The stress of the mind eased.
I noticed that intending to have 365 blogs done now before 12.12.2021. Now that I've already gone from 12.12 to 19.12 and only five blog posts in eight days, I have to change it to do a really high-quality blog helpful specifically.

In this text of yours, it's goodness, help. It's the most important thing ever. And as you write, at a time just like the time it is now in the world.

I really thought it an enriching post!!

Timo

hey hi Timo!

Very insightful reply and I appreciate YOU!

It makes me happy and feels good to know that I can help someone, somewhere in this big wide world through the internet!

I write from the heart in synch. with mind and it works best that way for me to share with you today!

Tip: BE & Feel Happy! ... it works! ...

keep well, all the very best, cheerio ... ⭐️😉⭐️ ...

Very good advice!! , Definitely, I take that advice.
I am writing a WA review, and I want that everything is that review.

I want that WA review can help my webpage future visitors and have to be detailed with pictures.

Well, let's see.

Thank you for your helpful answer to my message.

Timo

Hi Keisha,

I remember the day I meet my mentor in person, and he gave me my very first assignment, that same day. He wanted me to email him a copy of my complete and full schedule of how I planned on working (hour wise) the next week.

When Monday came around at 5 am (my scheduled start time) the phone rang, I answered it, and here it was Jim. He was calling to see if I was holding myself accountable to my work schedule that I sent him

This really stuck in my head, After being mentored for about a month, I finally gain the courage to ask him why he called me that Monday morning so early.

He told me that if I cannot manage my time properly I will never achieve success, adding that time management skill is one of the first skills that every entrepreneur needs to develop.

Control over, time management, allows us to achieve a discipline of our actions, our work ethics, tenacity, and the urge or drive to succeed.

Once we achieve time management; it enables us to move forward by setting goals properly; listing, organizing, and prioritizing tasks, minimize distractions; while helping us stay motivated, and avoiding procrastination.

Great read!

By inserting kindness into our daily routines, I am sure would help reduce stress for those of you that have it. Meanwhile, making everyone around you just a little bit happier because of your acts of kindness: sends good vibrations from you in an outward direction.

Calvin.

*** Love your story!

It reminds me of the very first 'time management' program that I attended back in my first year of university!

And yes, I can attest to the hourly scheduling of all 'committed' time tasks helped me get through the heavy university study and workload to land me some great career choices in the sciences, environmental & human health protection, and yes, even economics!

Ah well, that was all back in the off line world and indeed, when one knows success in one field, one can fairly easily transition to succeed in another as the formula is pretty much the same -- dogged, focused determination that drives it all! ... lol ...

Appreciate you sharing that super memory of the first days with your mentor -- he must have been a very smart, wise person!

Perhaps quite a bit rubbed off onto you, yes?

I recall reading somewhere where we're made up of the six most influential people we surrounded ourselves with?

Keep well, thanks so much for being here!

All the best, cheerio ... ⭐️🙂⭐️ ...

Wonderful reminders Keisha, thank you. I have been trying to set up a routine for about a year and still haven't quite managed it yet, oh hum, we'll get there.

One thing that does work for me is that I try to get the 'daily necessities' out of the way first.
All those things that you need to be doing every day. I hit them all before I move onto new things or 'creating'.
If you leave them, the chances are something will crop up and time will disappear on you before you've had the chance to do them.
For me, I try to do all of my social media work first and then I am much more relaxed.

hey hi Twack!

Tremendously delightful to see you here today to enjoy a wee chat & visit together!

Yes, let's help you get started by getting a monthly calendar and an hourly one to get your new structured life organized --- and indeed, since, the new year of 2021 is just around the corner -- plenty of time to get your new tools before January 1st!

It's all ok -- with each day getting to more the same ... it's vital we do stay 'semi-alert' ... meandering about like some of the great rivers in the world is ok, too! ... enjoy the journey!

hope you're month's 'lock-down' is going ok for you? ... which date is it supposed to be lifted?

meanwhile, please do keep well, all the best ... ⭐️🙂⭐️ ...

That's what I am working towards and I'll have a bit of a clearout on the way. There's so much to fit into a short amount of time, twenty-four hours just isn't the same as it used to be.

Due to end on December 2nd, at that point a 'tiered' system will fall into place with different restriction levels depending upon which tier you're in, I believe we're going to be in a 'tier 2' area along with 57% of the population. They will review the areas again on the 16th. No indoor social mixing and the 'rule of six' outdoors. It's a little easier than the previous lockdown but it will still be hard for some.

uhm ... (head shakes) ... the state of world affairs! ...

please do keep well ... we're in for the long haul on this one ...

i think the 1918 'flu' stayed around for two some years ... and one of my doc friends mentioned that it never really went away ... and we're back in it! ...

again, keep well, safe & sound in all spheres .... body, mind & spirit ... :)

Will do, you too. I like to think that there is always a silver lining to be found, we just need to make sure we're looking for it.

... enjoy a beautiful rainbow day .... 🌈 .... full of brilliance and a pot of gold ... it can come in the form of chocolates to enjoy!

cheerio ... :)

Keisha where have you been? I missed you for a while. Hopefully you're doing fantastic...Cheerio😃😁😊

awhh-hhh, hi Eugene! ... you missed me?! ...

been MIA for a wee bit --- power outage last week and just the times ... a thing called 'life!' ... lol ...

just chugging along here ... good to see you and appreciate your basket of 'kindnesses!' ...

hope all is going super for you .... keep well in your usual Top Form! ...

all the best, cheerio ... ⭐️🙂⭐️....

Brilliant tips Keisha! We all need motivation and a helping hand from time to time. Thank you for sharing.

hi Simone!

Super to see you today!

Yes, a wee bit of help from our friends makes the world go around and around ... lol ...

I forgot to add another tip -- order take-out food to bring over to the neighbors or others who may not be able to shop .... or simply to enjoy delicious food as a change in flavors! ... plus, i like to support our local small businesses, too!

we are all trying to do our best given the times right now ....

keep well, cheerio .... ⭐️🙂⭐️ ....
