SiteRubix Site Support - You Guys Rock!

Wow, so it's late afternoon on a Saturday here in NZ and I was having a few issues installing some plugins to my site.

I decided to contact Support to see if they could help, thinking that they probably wouldn't get back to me until Monday.

Boy was I wrong!

Check this out...

It took less than eight minutes for SiteRubix Support team to deal with and resolve my issue.

How's that for fantastic service!

It's just one more reason why I love the Wealthy Affiliate platform.

ps. The funny thing about this is that I've just got off the phone from my son (a full time software developer), who wants me to build this particular website on a completely different platform and in a different code base. That was despite my half-hearted protestations that not only do I have the flexibility and control to build MY site how I want it, I'm also learning a ton (there's nothing wrong with becoming an expert in Wordpress either!)... not to mention receiving first class support from the WA community and SiteRubix Support team.

I love my boy to bits, but that's just one conversation we WONT be having again! :)

Site support is fantastic. I agree

Yes, everyone I've spoken to on here absolutely raves about them :)

In the very rare situation say when you have a site or problem without WA concern, they are professional enough to refer you to the cognizant help needed for the site authority or other effective assist!

I was having a similar issue and SiteSupport came to my rescue once again and in very short order. My first thought was that this was a problem only the theme developer could help me with, but I was wrong. Site Support handled it for me quickly. .

Hi Sue, Yes, my first thought was to go back to the developer, but then I wondered if there was some kind of firewall between site rubix and activating the licence keys? Don't know, but they fixed it and that's the main thing!

I would pay the premium membership just for the Support and Web Hosting services here at WA. Without great Tech Support, you are doomed. I read horror stories of people losing their websites and only get help after numerous attempts or never at all.

Absolutely.

SiteSupport must have their work cut out for them too, as many of us would fall into the category of 'not at all technical'...

Every interaction I've had with them has been fantastic. Which is a good thing too as it's not just my affiliate sites, but also my husband & my motel business website. The service we get here is much better than our previous (accommodation specific) hosting partner. And they were fairly good!

It's nice to know that we will receive gold star service no matter how big or small our websites are.

Probably not...I don't know any humans that respond as quickly as this team does!!!

The support here at wealthy affiliate is definitely something we pride ourselves in. I'm so glad you had such a wonderful experience and that's what you should come to expect at Wealthy Affiliate and expect through the SiteSupport platform.

There are truly some awesome folks behind the scenes and the support you have access to here is getting direct access to the experts versus a useless support line.
