You can share Youtube videos that have recipes in them. I have a website that does that. It helps the creator of the video get more traffic. If they are selling a cookbook, I also will try to share a Amazon link to their cook book.
You can also contact the person directly about using a recipe on your site. Or... create your own recipes.

You cannot copy recipes from other websites. You can "tweak" them to make them your own, but even then, if the recipe owner finds out you are purposefully stealing their recipes and editing them as your own, they can still take your recipe down through DMCA. Recipe Website Owners: Adapting Recipes From Other Websites You can share their posts on your social media, or share their YouTube videos, but you cannot publish them to your website.
Otherwise, you can contact them personally and ask permission to publish with a link. Some people might be OK with that because you're giving them a link.
