Everyone is wealthy equally. What a statement to make? somebody might ask. Weaith is not money and wealth is not riches. Wealth is greater than riches or money. We all need to be aware that we are all wealthy. This knowledge is not widespread because many of us confuse money, riches and wealth. It may also be a controversial statement because we have so much inequality around us.

Can I also add that WEALTH is TIME. Riches and Money are both expressions of wealth. The rich and poor all have 24 hours.

Wealth can be converted to Riches and Riches can be converted to money. Wealth, Time are raw materials. It is the conversion of our wealth, time to Riches and money that seems to be problematic and a lot more needs to be done to gain riches or money.

Five things are needed in order to convert our time to Riches and Money

1. Good use of our time
   
2. Space or environment
3. Myself
4. Work
5. Law & Order

Everyone is made rich or poor by their attitude to time conversion. We need to learn to convert our time to products and services through the process of work. When we work in our purpose it is not a job and it is more pleasurable.We also need the right space or environment to convert our time.

How I see myself is important in order to be effective in translating my time to added value. If I have no self worth, I would have problems in the process of conversion. It will also have effect on how I use my time. For example, I may be a 'yes woman' to anything asked of me. That would need to change.

We all need need order for us to function properly. This is why countries without proper law and order have problems converting their wealth to riches or money. I hear people say this country and that country is rich in resources. Law and Order is necessary to convert these wealth to riches and money for the populace to enjoy. Countries with minimal resources do well because adequate systems are in place

Here at WA, we have the resources, digital and human to achieve our dreams. Time sometimes is the constraint. We need to to convert these resources to money with the correct use of our time and other resources at our disposal. I need the vast educational resources and help available here to turn my time into money. I hope we all intend doing the same.
