How do I know it's not genuine?

Sorry to disagree, this is rather typical of the nonsense that is machine gunned out on the web.
Ask yourself:
Does it relate specifically to my post or even to my blog
Is it constructive and how would the search engines see it
Have you had any similar comments on this or any of my other blogs

It looks fine to approve. The ones you want to delete are the ones that are trying to sell you something
