C.R.A.P Board
A CRAP board is like the vision board but designed to deals with all the crap as explained below.
Crap is about dealing with the negatives in one's life in order to achieve your goals.
CRAP means
C - Conflict
R - Resistances
A - Anxiety or Anger
P - Problems/Procastination
These are things like your limiting beliefs, worries, fears,weaknesses, doubts etc.
Put all these areas on a piece of paper. There is a disconnect from your list when this is done.
Add to the page all weaknesses people associate with you.
Put the paper somewhere visible, on a wall or near your computer.
Look at it non judgementally, just observe as you would observe anything in your room or surrounding.
You are allowed to move around, yawn, stretch gaze while looking at the paper.
You can also stroke your arms or hands as this is believed to help stimulate your brain.
Think of new beliefs you would like to put into your memory.
Over a period of time, the negative thoughts and beliefs would begin to loose their grip.

great post Kav, It is good to know things to do on daily basis but it is also important to have a list of things to avoid daily to focus on goals, few of the things to avoid are
1. looking at every mail when it hits the inbox
2. checking whatsapp and facebook
3. watching TV, good to see to relax a little but it can get very addictive specially the daily show series.
Yes you are right.
I have put some of of these are problems.
I'm actually seeing myself detaching more from my whatsapp.
I also watch less television than before.
There is something about writing things down.
