Profitability in your niche Look at the money
I often buy aged domains on www.flippa.com. However this morning, I noticed a really unique way to check the profitability of Niches and the trending and niche is as well.It reminded me that I bought www.survivalformomscom a while back. At the moment this is going for $400 so it may well be worth putting a store on it.
Inertestingly the domain www.nosedrops.com has currently got bids on it for $70,000. The auction has thirty days to go for those of you who wonder how focused can you be.I cant put up the screenshot unfortunately because WA is not letting me add the image at the moment. The most interesting thing I did see this morning was that a two year old store with a three Word domain name In the scuba-diving niche is up for sale at present the $65,000 it looks as though it will sell for about $100,000. It reminded me that many years ago I bought an aged domain www.diving America.com. It was a Domain I never intended to do anything with.
It was for my retirement fundjust as a domain. Maybe I should have a rethink. It's worthwhile spending about 10 minutes looking at the domains which are trending now and seeing leashes with the highest value

I know flipping domains is a very lucrative online business, never in my imagination do I think it will reach that high. Thanks for bringing this up, it might be worth looking at.
Aged domains normally go for about 20-30 x the monthly revenue so, all things being equal, you'll get your money back in 2-3 years.
Is that your plan or do you do other things with them?
