What can you do with 6 seconds
As part of my research I use Think with Google for topic idea's, I also use google trends to keep track of what is trending within my niche.
I came across a interesting article about youtube bumper ads, this was something I had not heard about before, so what is a bumper ad ?
It is a short video commercial which is added to the line up and can last between 2-15 seconds, it can just be a message or voice over that is placed between a program much like ads on the television.
Now this is not a free way to advertise it is a CPV (cost per view) this can be anything from $0.10 to $.30 and all views you receive count towards your overall youtube views this could work out expensive so would not try it out unless you really know what your doing.

I was taken back to think that we can get a message across in such a short time, but them we often hear the term " a picture speaks a thousand word"
According to a professor at MIT in Cambridge the brain is much faster than we realize and we can process a image in just 13 milliseconds and we are doing this everyday it is just mind blowing stuff.
I often wonder if we rely on google too much especially when one of my grand daughter's who is 9 years old tells me one of her fun things to do is use google search lol..
I would like to ask if their are any members who had used this feature

I've had a similar experience to your discovery of "Think With Google".
Recently, I've become interested in cooking & am looking for other people in this niche.
My discovery similar to yours with "Think With Google" is Quora.
With Quora you can specify the topic of interest & get lots of connections with people in that niche.

I’ve not heard of this but it sounds interesting. 6 second is a long time and with the right images and the right words you could get awesome results.
You would need to know exactly what you are doing though.

Pretty amazing what you can do with 6 seconds. I had not seen these types of ads so thanks for sharing. It is interesting to note that these ads are targeted for mobile devices. Makes sense if you think about it. Interesting to watch marketing strategies evolve. And anyone with a product or service to promote is in the marketing business. Great informative post Katie!
It is predicted that the use of mobile apps will increase and I have notice on my fb messenger ads have staring coming in between messages sometimes, I struggle to understand marketing however these last months it is if suddenly it is all making sense to me at last lol thanks for stopping by
Hey Katie, Thanks for an interesting post. Which feature do you mean? Think with Google or You Tube bumper ads? I haven't tried either.
Both really Think google is more for idea's and youtube bumber ads if a possible future way to build traffic
