Hi - by signing up to premium, you agreed to automatic, recurring monthly payments as per the terms and conditions of this platform. There are no refunds. You now need to cancel your account so you don't get charged again.
Click on your profile photo, go to account settings and membership. Click cancel billing. You have to do this yourself, nobody can do it for you.

There is no scam you entered into an agreement as per the terms and conditions when you signed up if you failed to read that that is your issue.
As I stated earlier
To cancel your membership should have been done before your next payment is due.
This is shown in your accounts setting and clearly states how much and when it is due
That is your responsibility and yours alone so if you don't want the next payment to be taken away then I suggest you follow the advice given to you.
Not to mention the fact you have been a member here since June 2019 so payments have been taken each month so there is no reason to label this as a scam as you should have known better for nearly a year now.
There is no scam. You have entered into a financial contract, the terms and conditions are quite clear. You have been a premium member for 5 months now, so you have clearly seen that payment comes out each month.
No, I was not a premium member for five months! Never! I paid once, then my account was paused, and I wasn't paying few months until I paid for one month again! I am not using this website anymore, and you could not just take the money from my card! If I knew you were going to do that I would not let you do that!
Hi - I am not sure how you paused your subscription, unless you removed your payment details or had no money in the account. However, you have now restarted your membership by paying again. Have you now cancelled your account as I instructed you in my first message? You need to do this or you will be charged again next month.

I believe you also asked if you could do your Website in Russian. To that, I would answer: "yes". You can do your website in any language that WordPress supports.
Are you located in Russia?
I don’t know you have not provided much information on your profile page so it makes it hard for others to help you.
Now if you are going to do your website in Russian I am assuming that you are from Russia or you want your website to be seen in Russia. If I am right in assuming this, you might want to concentrate on using Yandex search engine and not worry so much about Google.
Equally important, I strongly suggest that you continue on in the training, it shows you how to create good quality material that attracts traffic (no matter which search engine you decide to use).
If you decide to use both, what is taught in the training will help you build your website so that it will attract traffic organically in any of the search engines you choice to have your website listed on.
When the training shows you how to verify your website on Google Analytics the same process works for Yandex except for Yandex you can do it in Russian. So this might make it easier for you to understand and help to do Yandex first then do Google so you can understand how it is done.
(All the search engines are pretty much the same) they require the same information from you and require you to insert a tracking code (all taught in the training) into the header section of your website by using the All-in-One SEO plugin.

Hi - you have to wait for Google to find it first. This is called indexing and takes from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. You will get an email to notify you when it happens.
To attract future traffic you need to add lots of content on a regular basis. This is a slow and steady process and you won't see much happening until you have at least 20 posts or so.

If you think you've found a niche in the area, i'd go for it. You can also make sure to get a .RU domain, which could help your credibility.
