I was working to set up my website. Suddenly I know that the site builder part of my website is not shown any more. And there is SEO upgrade to pro. Should I pay for it?
You do not need to upgrade to Pro. If you are in the area where you can see the plug-in, you are in your WordPress dashboard. That is your 'site builder' - the SiteRubix SiteBuilder is to merely install WordPress. Continue on with the training and it will become clear.

from godaddy or wealthy affiliate?
For me rather WA, then you have the support and hosting all here in one place. otherwise you host somewhere else so everytime something goes wrong you gotta go there first and get it sorted. and support has been great to me here. so your choice
