Small Successes And The Power Of Goal Setting
I joined Wealthy Affiliate in the first week of April and already feel I've achieved a lot in these past 2 weeks.
My niche is cats, having created my first website here it was only days before it got indexed in Google! I've since created 3 blog posts in the space of a week, and noticed how quickly my posts are getting indexed..
The training is excellent and I would never have known about Jaaxy or QSR without Wealthy Affiliate. It's totally changed the way I'm writing and choosing keywords
The power of goal setting
One thing I've learned is the power of goal setting, and writing them down. You've a far higher chance of success, and it's easier to stay focused if you see your goals in writing.
My short term goal is to at least help cover part of my cost of living within the next 5 months. You see, I had a stroke 5 years ago and though I'm fine now it took a while to recover.
Being unable to work at my former occupation of freelance hairdresser I can spend all my time working on my online business.
My Long term goal is to afford monthly car payments by next summer. Sadly, I sold my Mazda MX5 last year to free up cash, and really miss driving, so getting myself another one would be a great achievement:)
Being part of this wonderful community at Wealthy Affiliate has already made a big difference to me, and I'm looking forward to helping others when I can, as well as making new friends :)
Best Wishes
Kathy
