Time to Meet the Dogs

I have 3 and thought I'd introduce them , I've noticed quite a few animal lovers lurking around the halls of WA!

First of all there's Ozzie. He is a wee rescued terrier/x and around 9yrs old now

He was left abandoned in a house when his owner was arrested and jailed (the police just left him in there). A neighbour heard him over 2 days then found out he was in there alone and managed to get him out. When my daughter picked him up he crawled, no strength in his back legs and fell over when he cocked his leg bless him! When he's upset he runs on the spot, very strange to watch and he is an aeroplane chaser......

Here is now doing his Superman impression, mostly happy when the strange things in the sky aren't upsetting him.

Then there's Spot who is Ozzie's best friend. Spot came from a Springer Spaniel rescue, don't ask me how, he looks nothing like one! He was supposed to be fostered till we found him a home, that was 7 yrs ago......

When he arrived he look like a table, as wide as he was tall but was such a friendy dog with both humans and animals that we had to keep him. His favourite things are chasing rabbits, playing catch ball, eating and chatting with Ozzie.

I put the washing basket there to stop him sleeping on the chair!

And lastly there's Rosie who is the queen. She was a birthday present and is 8 now. She likes to keep the boys in order and turns her nose up at anything as unseemly as chasing rabbits. When she meets people she throws herself on the ground and screams, with joy I should add, she's a great people lover but not so fond of dogs. Here she is with the boys and one of my daughters.

Cute dogs.

Thank you, I think they're cute too. :)

Great dogs, all three of them, but a compliment for the photographer of SuperDog!

Yes, I love that photo, it was purely by accident that it turned out so good! :)

Love them all. We used to always have dogs. Our last two died 3 and 4 years ago. We always had rescues. They just loved you so much. Now I have cats. Yep, they are rescues too.

They never live long enough do they but certainly give a lot of love while they're here. Daughter who lives next door has 5 cats, I try to keep a cat free zone for visiting allergic relatives!

they look adorable

Thank you. :)

They're just beautiful, Kathy! You know I'm a big dog lover since I have four houndies. Your Rosie looks like a queen with that royal bearing! I bet she rules the roost!
