Do You Have An Issue Submitting Comments On Your Website?

Hey guys,

Just wanted to blog about the problem (and solution) I experienced today.

Yesterday night, I created a blog post and a few of my friends let me know they had error window when they tried to comment on the post.

Whereas the comments through WA SiteComment worked just fine.

It was pretty strange.

Anyway, today I asked a question - https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/everything-wordpress/blog-comments-you-are-submitting-too-quickly-help - and after contacting WA Support Team I finally got it fixed.

So, here it is. If you have comment submission error stating that "you're submitting too quickly", then here is what you do:

Try deactivating all your plugins and then activating it one by one. You activate one plugin, then you try to post a comment. And you keep activating until you figure out what plugin causes the conflict.

For me, it was the CK WordPress editor (but the already published posts seem to still have the same look even though I deactivated it).

So, I am going to think what exactly do I do with this plugin.

Anyway, I hope this is helpful :)

Good luck and happy Saturday everyone!

Zarina

Thanks Zarina :)

My pleasure, Jude :)

Now to find a theme without plugins. Hmmm?

Haha I just decided to turn on the plugin when I write the post and turn off the plugin once I publish the post.

Is there a theme without plugins? What theme?

Thanks Zarina - this is definitely one for me!

You are welcome, Terry!

Hi Zarina, great step.

Very interesting development. Who would expect such a problem from a plugin, but I had the following: in one moment could not add images any longer. Reason: copy-protect plugin..

Do not worry about already published posts, they should not be affected.

Yeah seems like posts are fine. I just decided to turn on the plugin when I write the post and turn off the plugin once I publish the post. Haha

A good way to troubleshoot the issue. Thanks for sharing, Zarina.
