Why i cant not edit or write a new post using my visual editor mode,it allows me to edit just in text mode. How i can fix this
I haven't do that because I work with Text Html all the time, the Visual is so unreliable, you see, I did a coding in text html code and the calculator worked. I switched to visual to change word wrap picture, but then I switched back to Text Html work mode, the Text Html script added something different, I mean not just the "&nsp;...;" but also some things missing, or the spacing is added, the calculator function changed and died.
I just copied and pasted the calculator html code back to the Text Html again, so the Calculator function worked.
I strongly recommend you get comfortable with working with Text Html mode, and please back up your work to notepad or somewhere storage, in case something didn't work and you were trying something big, even.

I partly agree that the text editor allows for better editing and content creation.
But it can be overwhelming for people who never learned how to code, so I wouldn't recommend it to people with no experience in that.
Even though I did learn HTML (and more) I usually use the visual editor first and only switch to the text editor if I can't do something in the visual editor.
Hi, is your wordpress installation and theme up to date?
What theme are you using?
What plugins do you have installed?

Might be a conflict with the "visual editor custom buttons".
Try and deactivate this plugin and check if it's working then.
Or another plugin has a problem with it.
Only way to find out is to deactivate the plugins in turns to find out where the conflict is.

Thanks moritz also when try to edit it pop ups a window that says:
Undefined is not a function(evaluating query
This sounds like a bigger issue.
If deactivating of the plugins doesn't help you might want to contact the support to help you.

I have this same problem from time to time.
For me it is my browser. I usually use Firefox, but sometimes the visual editor does not work. When this happens I switch to Internet Explorer or Chrome and it works fine.
That was suggested to me by the techy guys here at WA, they said that Firefox in particular was a problem for this.
