Are you law-abiding? Well, are you? Most of us would likely answer, "yes" to this question, but herein lies the conundrum...what exactly does "law-abiding" mean?If it means not breaking the laws of the land, well, then most of us probably are law-abiding.If it means following the Law Of Attraction, however, I would argue that many of us are NOT law-abiding at all.Mike Dooley says that, "Thoughts become things." This is part of the Law of Attraction. What we think about most manifests itself in o

I made another $1.35 on Adsense last week on one of my sites. I was kind of excited to see this because Adsense also showed me 400 visitors for the past three months. I was also excited because I hadn't been doing much on this site for a while, but people are still visiting!I'll be honest with you, I do like to earn money. Money helps me get the things I need and the things I want. When I make extra money, I can get the things I want!I have been watching "The Secret" quite a lot lately. It has

No, not the kind that is shown in the image above. That kind of traffic is not my style, that's why I left the big city several years ago and settled down for a quiet life in a small town.We all know what kind of traffic I am referring to—it is traffic to our websites. There are a lot of ways to get traffic to come to our sites:You can pay for itYou can trade for itYou can earn itMy favorite of these is to earn the traffic. I am a person who doesn't like to pay for something that I know I

For the past two weeks, nearly three weeks, I have been at my daughter's farm. We have been helping her out as she suffers from Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS). One of the effects of EDS is joints and bones popping out of place. Her legs also are turning in so her knees nearly touch when she walks. She has had a surgery in which they broke both of her legs and straightened them, but they are now (three years later) growing back in on themselves. She has many challenges, like dislocating her shoulde

Some things are a thrill one time and then, when that time is over, the thrill is gone. But there are a few things that always seem to thrill me. Let me tell you about one of them...My big thrill . . .One of the big thrills that I enjoy over and over again is getting an article indexed in Google. There are several reasons that I love it!According to Google itself, being indexed means: A page is indexed by Google if it has been visited by the Google crawler ("Googlebot"), analyzed for content and

And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it. ~ Paulo Coelho, AuthorMany of the people that I know and live around have a not so positive attitude about life. They see nearly everything as a negative thing. This isn't easy for me. I try to visualize positive things in my life, but negativity rubs off and onto a person. That is why I love communicating with most of you here at Wealthy Affiliate because you are a positive bunch! You share the thoughts that

I like my “wiener” a lot more nowYes, I know how that sounds, but let me explain.Over the course of the past couple of months I have been taking a lot of self-development type classes. The first one was on gratitude. My cousin Elaine, who is a health and wellness coach through the Mayo Clinic, taught this class which spanned several weeks and was a lesson in being more grateful. The second class was called Infinite Possibilities and was a course in learning that we can have the thing

I think I have "sometimers" disease. . . .Does anyone else have this problem? You think of something really good that you want to write about and then it just vanishes? The same thing happens when I have something to say during a conversation, but I am trying to listen to the other person and not just think about the thing that I want to say.Well, I am pretty sure I had something really profound to share with all of you, but that was last week and since I didn’t write it down, I now have

I have a confession to make—I like cows. I think they are one of the prettiest animals. From their big, sensitive and caring eyes, to the tips of their tails. It has been many years since I have been on the farm, but I still dream about cows and walking among them through the pastures on our farm.At one time, cows were my day job. I fed them, groomed them, milked them and loved them as I took care of them on our family farm.I miss them. I spent hundreds of thousands of hours with them rais

There was once a time that many believed that the word golf meant: Gentlemen Only Ladies Forbidden. Perhaps it was because typically only men played the game in the early days. I am not sure. For whatever reason, there are still people who believe this to be true today. The somewhat sexist past of the game of golf has led to the continued belief in some people that golf does mean Gentlemen Only Ladies Forbidden. In fact, there are still several clubs that do not allow female members to join.Tha
