Slow, but steady

Progress on my sites has been slow lately. But I have slowly been going through the training and am now of level 2 (second time around). It sure is a lot easier the second time through. I am surprised at how much I actually do remember from the previous time through!

I just wanted to appreciate the WA community for all the encouragement you have given me! I hope that, in return, I am offering value and encouragement to you, as well!

I've been working on my novel (because November is National Novel Writing Month—NaNoWriMo), too, so that has kept me busy. I have a list of the things I hope to accomplish each day. There are seven things on the list for November:
1. Write 3500 words on NaNoWriMo project
2. Write a post for grandparents site
3. Write a post for diabetes site
4. Update Rocky's site
5. Write something encouraging in my WA blog
6. Comment on posts through Site Comment
7. Work on WA Training.

I don't do all of them every day! I don't have that much energy. But a couple of them I do try to do daily and that is work on my novel and post comments.

At least once weekly, I put forth the effort to write a post for each site and on Mondays I work on my friend Rocky's site.

Well, it's been a long day and I have a couple of my granddaughters coming to spend the weekend so I better get my rest!

Hope you all had a productive day (but also stopped and smelled the roses, too!)

Best wishes,
Karin :)

A well laid out plan, Karin, being consistent brings the best outcomes, best wishes as you work your plan.

Thanks, Alex. Most days I don’t get everything on the list done, but at least I review the list daily and make an effort to make sure to do the things I missed today, tomorrow.

Best wishes,
Karin :)

I know the feeling, Karin, and one of the best ways to keep on top of our workflows is to bump the uncompleted tasks up the list so they have priority in the morning or next day.

Better to move things and reshuffle than to bump them from the list.

Well done Karin, happy writing
Regards Rob

Thanks Rob!

Best wishes,
Karin :)

You are a very busy lady! Good luck and you are doing great :)

Thanks. I like to keep busy, it quells the boredom!

Best wishes,
Karin :)

I completely understand that! LOL as I am the exact same way :)

All the best Karin.

Thanks. You too!

Best wishes,
Karin :)

I am moving slow too, slower than you but little by little I'm adding something.

That’s great! It only gets a spark to get a fire going!

Best wishes,
Karin :)

That's right, there are days you sit in front of your laptop and nothing to write but there are also times that the mind is ready to release what in store.

Karin,

Sounds like you have a great plan. I seem to have a plan and the fly by the seat of my pants.

Thanks for this post.

Laura

I do the fly by the seat of my pants mode quite often, too, Laura! Nothing wrong with some spontaneity!! :)

Best wishes,
Karin :)

I am also writing for nanowrimo.

How is it going for you? I’ve not had time to write very much.

Best wishes,
Karin :)

Karin,
I keep saying that I need to get organized, but the funny
thing is I never take the time to do it :)
Stopping to smell the roses needs to come in there
somewhere :(

Yes. Stopping to smell the roses is a great way to refresh the mind and spirit!

Best wishes,
Karin :)

Well done. Good to see you have an active to do list. Cheers

Thanks. I think it helps.

Best wishes,
Karin :)

You got a plan!
Keep moving forward. Success is around the corner :)

Thanks, Victor!

Hope all is going well for you!

Best wishes,
Karin :)
