How are the two different?
A keyword-rich post is a post that includes your ONE keyword repeated the appropriate number of times. The recommendation is to include your keyword in the title and then again early in the main body of your post.
Low hanging fruit is the concept of choosing a keyword that has minimal competition. You do that in Jaaxy by choosing a keyword with a low QSR, and certainly below 100.
