Please can someone explain to me what viglink is and what it's duty on a website?
VigLink is one of the best ways to monetize your blog. VigLink works in a very different way than other blog monetization programs. VigLink converts your normal outgoing links into affiliate links, and if users make a purchase, you earn a referral commission from it. The best part is that you don’t need to be signed up for an individual affiliate account on all networks. Viglink tracking takes care of all of them!
For example, if you have a tech blog and you write about iPhone and iPad apps, VigLink will automatically convert those outbound links into affiliate links. When you would typically make no money for such links, with Viglink you will be earning money whenever somebody buys a paid app from the app store.
Thanks Robert. One more question. I am not able to join the Amazon affiliate program, but in one of my post I mention Amazon where you can buy some discounted goods and VigLink added an affiliate link to amazon and when I clicked it, it took me to the Amazon shopping site. Are you saying that I will be able to earn money from Amazon through VigLink even when I didn't join their affiliate program?
Not sure about that one.
If you are not able to join Amazon I can't see how they would credit you with a sale.
Best to ask Viglink support about it.

Did you verify your GSC account with your Google Analytics account? Did you watch Jay webinar: Introduction to Google Analytics Here is a post, hope it can help you.

Please how can I verify my Google analytic? The first time I add it, I opened my website in another window, it showed a user was on the site, but the most recent one I added now doesn't show any user is on my website when I opened my site in another window.
Does it mean it now takes time to activate it?
I have watched Jay's lesson, he said 48 hours and am sure mine is activated.

An affiliate disclosure for your website or blog is a statement that informs your users or readers about relevant information that may affect them or their decision to purchase via a link on your site, it also informs them that you may receive a commission if a purchase is made, it allows your users or readers to make an informed decision.
It's basically like the fine print of your website that gives users or readers additional information that they would want or need to know.
Most affiliate programs require us to make that information available and it is a statutory requirement by law.
The process in site content is fairly straight forward we can use the template and just input the relevant website information etc.
