Yes pretty much.. I use quite a few that are not offered here.. You may find a rare theme that has some functions not allowed here at WA, but most likely you are free to add any theme to wordpress as premium member.
Just import the zip file like you would on normal wp self-hosted account

Does adding a question mark at the end of a keyword alter its value?
You can even add punctuation in the middle of a keyword phrase to make it more human friendly and still get ranked for the phrase. ~Marion

I created an email domain specific email account here...admin@livingfitwithdiabetes.com and it only works when I click on the link on my website. When i try to compose an email
I sent you an email to see if it went through. I had the same prob but I deleted it and then redid it
Maybe it might take a little while to receive the mail? try checking again in half hour or so.

Some themes offer exclusive use or resell rights. These are usually the more expensive figures you see. Generally speaking, a premium theme will cost under $100 and you can use it on any type of site you like.

If I'm not mistaking the more expensive one gives you everything about the theme plus the ability to sell it to other people meaning when you build them a site you provide the site and all of the tools and whatnot but I can be wrong

I need (or at least think i do) a certificate signing request. How do I go about this?
Do you have your SSL Certificate yet?
I ask because If you are applying for an SSL certificate for a domain from your host, the host will generate and submit the CSR for you.
Are you processing credit card information or very personal information on your website?
If not - you don't need one. You only need an SSL certificate if your an eCommerce website processing credit card info or other private personal information.
But if you are using Paypal for your processor you don't need an SSL cert because they use their SSL cert.
