i wish i knew this before i started. i was on phone with godaddy and it was a pleasure and they were fast and good. the answers i got today in minutes would have taken days here. the otgher programs offer cs numbers.
There is no phone number that I am aware of. Are your inquires via Support Tickets? That's odd that they have not responded, usually I get a response within minutes... I suppose you could always reach out to Kyle or Carson specifically if you don't get a response soon.
