Do you mean "Kyle"?

Do you mean Carson or Kyle? Go to the top where you search for help and type in Kyle. His name should come up in the drop down menu. Click on it and it will take you to his personal profile. Click Private Message, and you should be able to send him a message.

Is that a problem with autocorrect? I'm guessing you mean Carson or Kyle. You can send a private message from their profile pages
