Marion has provided a good answer to your question. It really makes sense to cover yourself when it comes to using material from others as much as possible...
I would think that creating your own recipes that are similar and taking your own photos and videos would work to make your website unique and help build your brand, authority, credibility, and sales/conversions...
Of course, this is a longer and more labor intensive route to pursue, but it does have its advantages as described above...I think you will learn a lot too as you go through this process...

Thanks to Marion's advice I have decided to only use recipes of my family and for those from online only those I have tweaked which I do a lot lol. Thank you for helping Marion and Dave :)
The list of ingredients in a recipe are not copyright but the method of cooking is. And the photos are copyright too. So you'll need to write your own methods and take your own photos.

There is no problem copying and pasting the list of ingredients; Apparently, these can not copyrighted. Any problems will exist in the instructions.
These will have to be rewritten or completely changed in order to stay out of trouble.
I have been thinking about the sam idea, do, of course, I believe it will be a good niche! Profitable? maybe not, but I think there is a few dollars here.
