Better late than never!

When I looked out of the window this morning I couldn't believe my eyes, a blanket of white snow covered all our road, the school fields opposite and excellent layer over our humble car.

This is fantastic I thought, I need to mark this by dating the car when we actually got snow.

'Better late than never' my dear friend we didn't get you at Christmas, but knew you wouldn't let us down!

The child in me eagerly run out to sweep up what I could in the hope my kids, now adults would humour me and build a snowman, NOT!

A pile awaits me, for when the enthusiasm re-appears and for more snow, to grace our paths once again.

BRRRRRRRR, quite nippy out here, I thought after all it was around 7.30am (UK time)

So still wrapped up warm, with hat, scarf, boots, gloves and coat, I hurried back in to make myself a nice hot cup of tea.

Have a good day everybody and enjoy while you can, who cares what the neighbours think, the snow is out there for you to embrace and enjoy, while you can.

Mark it, build with it, throw it and experience it, it's incredible stuff, cold, crunchy, crispy all pure white! It's amazing stuff.

So 'Better late than never' my dear friend and await for more of you to come, so I can have some more fun, said the kid inside of me! lol 🤗
