So anyone that knows me knows that I don't believe in coincidences. I believe that everything happens for a reason and the universe is constantly finding ways to send messages to us.

I also believe that often the situations we experience are life lessons, that we need to have in order to find our way, whether we think of if at the time or not.

So today while I was waiting to collect the children from school I decided to check through my emails from my personal account. I came across one from a lady whom I follow, Mary Morrissey.

Mary had very kindly provided me with a link to a free ticket to watch a new feature film, Unsinkable: The Secret To Bouncing Back...

While I don't normally click on links the name of this film intrigued me not to mention the whole hosts of featured motivational speakers who I both admire and who inspire me.

The film features Sonia Ricotti, Bob Proctor, Dr Joe Dispenza, Lisa Nichols, Jack Cranfield, Les Brown, Dr John Gray, John Assaraf, Marci Shimoff to name a few all of whom are top bounce back experts, teachers, scientists and leaders in their field who have come together to share their life-changing messages and show you exactly HOW to bounce back quickly from difficult times in your life and turn your life around fast and achieve your wildest dreams.

After 3 attempts of signing up (trying to figure out Eastern time) and what time it would be for me in GMT I finally selected the correct time and was able to watch the 90min movie at 5pm GMT.

I experienced so many different emotions whilst watching this movie and cried at least twice. Emotions came out of nowhere that I just hadn’t banked on and I really felt compelled to share the details of the movie here with you. This is a movie packed with great lessons and anecdotes to take away.

"shift your mind and you will shift your life"

If you're going through a tough time in your life right now (whether it's something big or small), or maybe you're just feeling stuck in your life, this movie WILL help you, I have no doubt.

I truly believe watching this movie is the greatest gift you can give yourself this week – a true act of self care if you will.

I appreciate it’s not for everyone, but I promise you that you will not regret watching this movie.
