I'm based in Korea - which domain registrar would you recommend? Is it better to find one that's based in Korea or those that have been mentioned on WA like namecheap is just as go
Hi - I use (have used) a number - some based in the UK where I am, others US based.
I would suggest going for the best deal - I've used NameCheap the most recently, because of their charges.

It really doesn't matter where you buy it as much as what type of domain you buy. For example I live in the US and I bought a regular dot.com but if you want to do business in other parts of the world you can purchase international domains such as dot.eu, dot.uk, dot, fr, dot, es, etc.. Now the thing I do not know is if you can purchase a regular .com and it will work using it internationally.
