Awesome question Steve. Personally, I don't think it will conflict. In fact, it can help you.
If I go to a website where the owner says, "Hey, you can build this system yourself for Price X" OR you can have us do the system for Price Y, I won't always choose X or Y. If I'm lazy and confused, I'll go with Y, and appreciate that the owner gave me a cheaper option. That looks super honest and helpful!
I may do X, but then you still get the commission, plus maybe a referral. I'll tell my friends that they can go to your website and get all the info for free. A percentage of them won't be as tech savvy as me, and will choose option Y.
Hi Nathaniell,
That makes sense, thanks.
I'll definitely add the new content to my existing site.
I appreciate you taking the time to answer
