Huge round of applause for our awesome site support here at WA!

I've been a long time member here and over the last week for a couple of random unrelated situations I had to reach out twice to our site support here at Wealthy Affiliate..

To say I was impressed would be an understatement.

Both times I had really prompt and super professional responses and both of my issues were taken care of in a prompt efficient fashion.

What a treat compared to the support that's offered by some other companies.

So from me to Site Support please accept my sincere thanks and appreciaton for a job well done that's let me get to work.

How about you?

Seems that Wealthy Affiliate works so well there's not often a need for support!

Hi Judy,

I would have to agree with you Carson and his crew as far as I’m concerned are second to none. I have had to, unfortunately, reach out to the gang for some assistance.

However, I was amazed at how quickly they responded to my inquiries, asked for additional information from me to completely understand the issue, and within 30 minutes the entire ordeal was completed with yet one more notch of success on their belts.

Now I have heard other members complain that the support is not live or in a chat forum presentation and they feel it should be. I, on the other hand, think it could have its advantages of being “live”. But I am forced to rely on an old proverb “If the wheel is not broken, then why try to fix it”.

I too feel Site-Support here on the WA platform is doing an outstanding job. But I also realize that this over the top crew does not get the recognition that they deserve from all of us.

Just think without those individuals working relentlessly to keep this platform’s performance on a level that other platforms compare themselves to; meaning they are one of the best in the industry. And all this is offered just so that we as website owners have an advantage with our websites hosted here, over our competitors; with it hardly even being noticed by us, but definitely by our competition.

Here’s to the crew that deserves more appreciation then what can be mentioned here,

Couldn't agree with you more. They are prompt, professional and they get the job done straightaway.

It certainly doesn't go like that usually and it sure deserves to be recognized and appreciated.

I'm sure it's not always easy on their end but in my circumstances they made it a very simple process.
