Oil, FANG, Markets and Wealthy Affiliate
2016 has been off to an epic fail from a market point of view and it's not looking like there is a huge recovery waiting in the wings anytime soon. Obviously none of us know for sure what direction things are going but with huge losses a lot of people are seeing red looking at their portfolios.
The market has erased roughly one trillion dollars as of January 12 this year and without a question people's retirement holdings are going to be compromised by this. After all the overall cost of living is up and most people are working harder and longer to stay ahead of things.
The only stocks that have really been rocking out recently are the famous FANG stocks and it's not a coincidence that they are all internet related plays. Facebook, Amazon, Netflix and Google... all serious power plays that have captured the markets.
