I have tried to log into Jaaxy and it says I have multiple accounts, I dont know how. I have asked to reset my password and I have not received any rest link in my email. Can
I had that problem when I first signed up for it too and couldn't log in. Same message. I sent a message to Kyle and he said I misspelled my email address when I signed up and was able to correct it for me. So that could be a possibility.
Did you create an account with them, they don't automatically give you an account when you get your word press and activate it, you have to create a log in id and pswd.
I honestly don't know. I just tried and had no trouble getting in. Have you filed a support ticket within Jaaxy? Or a support ticket here at WA to get advice on getting help in Jaaxy? Wish I knew more. Good Luck!

Not sure what could have gone wrong unless it is a similar situation to blairdc hope you have managed to resolve the issue

does anyone use CLEF and is it secure?
Thank you all for your input to my question about CLEF and if it is secure - I haven't heard of Last Pass either so will just have to research them both a bit more xx and congratulations on your daughter graduation Willingtotry xxx
Alternatively, you could also try Last Pass (its free) and makes your life much easier and smoother when it comes to passwords.
https://lastpass.com/
Not sure whether Clef is the answer though,........ maybe a golden opportunity for a professional hacker??
Agree with Lastpass as an option as well!! Been using it for ages and love it!! Could never live without it, lol. Just don't forget your master lastpass password though...
You bet.....without it in you're in real trouble! Pleased to meet you Rohan, my daughter is in the UK, just completed an Honours degree in Music and got a First! Been bragging to my friends ever since........Following you back!
Kind regards
Arthur
Found some info on Clef it allows one to stop using passwords.
clef is a mobile app that replaces usernames and passwords with your smartphone.
The easiest and most secure way to log in to WordPress: no passwords, no temporary codes, single sign-on/off.
What is Clef?
Clef replaces passwords with beautifully simple, strongly encrypted, two-factor authentication using your smartphone.
According to wordpress page, this is Clef... I have not used it, but would also be interested in whether or not it is secure
I have no idea what CLEF is either. I tried to look it up and I retrieved info on the deformity. Additional information would be helpful. Thanks.
Hi Judith, I too must confess my ignorance as I don't know what CLEF is ....Can you please tell us a little more?

It is a plug in for WordPress that eliminates passwords

As stated above it is a plugin for wordpress that eliminates the need for a password to access your site by using encryption instead. You use your smart phone with the app on it to access wordpress on any of your devices, without having to type in a password every time you want to login. Hope this helps!

if my domain is forwarded to my blog on 123-reg and I move my siterubix over how will this affect my blog or website
It will not affect your website. The only thing is now you have two names for your website.
