Taking advantage of the break in the weather to go shopping for food - suppose I better feed the family lol! Then coming back to writing posts for my websites :)
Gnawing on my leg might help me lose a few pounds lol. Yeah, they are pretty much trained, now if only I could get the youngest to learn where the laundry basket is and how to use the washing machine! :)
You should write a training blog and then they can look at it on their iPad, better than candy crush? They often say if you want to lose weight quickly, chop off your head...this will probably work for me!
