I have been building my website for the last couple of weeks and have been targeting some high traffic keywords in my niche. There is also some activity on my web
There really is no way to know when that will happen. Some people hit the right combination immediately and for others, like me, it takes time. Rankings are changing all the time. It can take up to a couple of weeks to be indexed by google.

There is no set time it is based on your effort and that will bring results.
