How long does it take to receiving comments?

Hi WA community! :) Just wondering how long it takes to receive comment feedback which you request? I've request a few now but still not had anything? Would be good to know tim

I've had them to answer right away and I've also had them to take a day or so. I just had to be patient and I got them when I least expected.

It really depends. Sometimes it's quick but sometimes it takes a few days. Did you choose to receive comments as soon as possible?

Hi Jerry, thanks for getting back to me, just yesterday and today! I didn't realize that was an option, I'll keep an eye out for this option next time!

That option will show up when you request for more than one comment or feedback.

When did you request them? I requested several and received replies within about 10 - 12 hours, and sooner. It didn't take more than one day.

You may need to go to the details side of your website and turn SSL on.

Thanks Mike, I noticed that it was off before and turned it back on. Does it take a little while to sync with the website again? It's definitely on but doesn't seem to have worked

Did you check if your website exist? on the left-hand side "Websites"--> "Site domain".
If your website exists, try to contact with "Site support", left-hand side "Help center" --> "Site support".

You must switch on SSL now that you are a premium member. Go to the 'Details' of your site and turn the SSL switch on and that message will disappear.
