I assume that you mean a website that is not a sub domain site in the siterubix.com - if so, I believe the answer to your question is Yes.
You would open a ticket with WA support asking them for instructions on how to do it.
Below is the process I followed a few years ago so the process may have changed now.

Please transfer the WA Hosting for this site ( mywebsite.com ) from myself (WA Premium Member AAAAA) to WA Member CCCC SSSSSSSJohn (WA Premium Member BBBBBBBB).

WA site support may respond with something like the following:
Hello,
Can you please ask him to create a support ticket with reference id:99999999?

Once it is moved, it is up to the other party to maintain WA premium membership, assuming that they want to host the site with WA.
It is no longer yours in WA eyes, so it disappears from the list of websites in your WA site manager. Your need to do the selling work outside of WA and make sure you get your payment if any from that other person before you do this process.
I include below how I did this when I transferred a site to a close friend. There was no money involved so I did not have to worry about payment etc.

I have set up my website by following the Getting Start Course step by step and I have set my Google search console too, what causes my full URL can't be found at Google?
Hi like the other comments say it may just be a time thing. You might need to wait a few days. Fingers crossed for you. Let everyone know when your site gets indexed. Good luck.
Hi - your website needs to be indexed by Google first before it becomes visible on the internet. This can take from a week to 10 days. You will receive an email when it happens.
Did you check in Search console that you can fetch your site and request an indexing? Just paste your URL in the inspect URL on the top.
Yes, the google console can fetch with my site, or because of my site is too new? I just set up on 22/4
I would wait a bit and see if it shows up as you add content. Normally indexed content should show right up if you search it with the attribute site:yourURL. I think I've read that completely new sites won't show up right away, Google waits a bit to make their mind about your site.

Can I switch to yearly payment the following month after I applied the 19dollar 1st month membership?
You have to be a Premium monthly member before you can go yearly.
You can upgrade to yearly now that you are a monthly member ($359 per year, which works out to $29 per month average). You will see the "Upgrade and Save" button within the main menu (red button) or you can visit this page directly to move to a yearly membership.

The yearly membership will be pro-rated, meaning any extra time you have left on your current month will be applied as a discount to your yearly membership Singh. :)

Hi - yes, you can switch to yearly whenever you want. Remember, there are no refunds, so make sure you are fully committed.
So I just need to cancel monthly payment at Paypal and reapply the yearly membership at WA right?
