Only 2 of those manual traffic exchanges ( Traffic G and EasyHits4U ) had a surf timer of 20 seconds. The traffic from traffic exchanges whose members are on your site for less than 20 seconds is probably not worth having and will contribute to an unwelcome high bounce rate

The trouble with traffic exchanges is that the people visiting your site are only there to get clicks to their sites (just like you're on theirs to get clicks to yours). In other words, they, like you, will have almost no interest at all in what's on your site.
