Surprises Come When We Least Expect Them!

Hello all my amazing Wealthy Affiliate friends! Glad to be with everyone again today! It's raining, cloudy and about 72 degrees here at the Jersey Shore today Wingman Chance and me were out earlier and we felt the first drops of rain come down. I have always been a firm believer that any day God gives you, is a good day. So I can't really complain when the weather isn't as good as it could be, or if lifes' problems spoil a really good day. I just have to keep remembering that I have this day to make of it whatever I can, and as long as He decides to give me one more day, I will do just that.

We are getting a late start with Wealthy Affiliate business today because we had some personal business to attend to this morning, namely paying bills. Yuck! Anyway, we are here now and on with the business at hand...this blog. As I mentioned, We got a late WA start, so I just logged into my WA dashboard several moments ago, and was amazingly surprised to find something very unexpected. Remember in my last blog on Tuesday, I mentioned how my WA rank had seemed to be hovering in the 60s for a while now? I also stated that I've learned not to put too much emphasis on WA rank as opposed to producing quality content for my websites and I've been working on doing just that. But when you least expect them, surprises do happen. That's just what occurred today.

My WA rank dropped 16 points since Tuesday. I went from 63 to 47 and made it to the Top 50 in just two days. It was like within a blink of an eye. It's was amazing to me because I hadn't really been paying attention to Rank because, I truly have been working on writing and re-writing content for all of my website. I even placed my poetry manuscript on hold until I could produce some quality content for my new website and spruce up and breathe new life into the other two website. I changed my way of thinking about WA rank and then suddenly, it surprised me.

Before I end this blog, I just want to reiterate that although WA rank does not bring any monetary compensation or fulfillment, it does provide a sense of accomplishment knowing that along with achieving my goals, I am also getting better at helping others in some way, achieve theirs. That's a GREAT feeling!
