Hello all my Wealthy Affiliate friends out there! Hope everyone is well!

I just came back from a visit with my mom and will be headed back to see her again on Thursday. Here dementia is worsening and she is also having cardiac episodes, where her heart stops for 11 seconds or more. This is a sign that her heart is failing.

To the left is a picture I took of us today while I was visiting. Unfortunately she doesn't know who I am.

OKAY, BAD NEWS OUT OF THE WAY!

NOW FOR THE GOOD NEWS!

When I returned home this evening and checked my email, the was a notice from Wealthy Affiliate notifying me that an article/post I published on 1 July 2021 was indexed by GOOGLE

No matter how many times I get these notices, they always feel like it's the very first time. It's a small achievement but a wonderful feeling that never gets old. It's a wonderful feeling of accomplishment to know that my work is good enough for Google and for the rest of the world to experience.

At Wealthy Affiliate, everyone has the opportunity to experience this same feeling because Wealthy Affiliate teaches everyone just how to experience that same feeling of accomplishment.

I'm here to tell everyone who maybe new here, not to give up. Don't give in to frustration and remember that growing a successful business online doesn't happen overnight.

All the best to everyone here,

~~ Barbara

Barbara,
You are loving daughter to your mother, somehow I envy you at this moment for you can still hugs and visits your mom, even you think she doesn't know you, but still you make her happy till this day!
Bless your heart and keep doing it for, you may as well cherish every chance you get from her.

How I wish i experience having mother for a while and enjoy her company!

Lucky indeed you are!

Life does go on. It's so hard to say good-bye, but it's part of life, and you are fully honoring her through the process. That will bring great comfort in the year to come.

You are so right about celebrating every victory! It's so inspirational and truly keeps us going through the low points. Keep up the great job!

Thank you very much Jeannine.
I really do appreciate your kind words and thoughtfulness.

Thanks Barbara. Excitement is contagious, and I didn't realise I was down a pint, haha.
My stepfather is in the more latter throes of (lewy body) dementia as well. It is awful, and as I learn more and more in my niche about where it comes from, I have a myriad of emotions that seem to fight for first place within me. Rage often takes the forefront, lately. Anyway, thanks for the smile, and all blessings and success to you.

Craig,
Very sorry to hear about your stepfather. I know all too well about the rage coming the forefront. I try to hide it as well as I can and cry myself to sleep most nights.

Your support is sincerely appreciated.

My mother had just seen her mother through it, before my stepfather was diagnosed. There was a year or two in between. I hope that is some consolation. Toughest lady I know, me ma. She has also just had a close cousin die (this afternoon), as well as several other people very close to her in the last 2 years.
Well, cheerio!

My mom saw her mom, my brother and my father all go through it. My mom the glue that held us all together. She was a strong woman until 3 years ago. I stroke brought on her dementia and day by day she hangs on even though the disease is progressing.

The Lord's healing and undying favors on mum and you Barbara. You will be in my prayers.

Let those small achievements keep coming, putting that bit of joy in our hearts and smile on our faces even in the face of those tough times. God Bless, you will be well ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿคž

Christorv,
Good to hear from you again.
The Lord wants what the Lord wants and no one can change that. It is something we have to learn to accept, as hard as it may be.

Thank you for your kindness.
