You should be able to do this via FTP. Go to Websites > Site Manager > Details for your site. Take note of the FTP credentials and use an FTP program to access your site's file structure. Upload the file and then test the link.
You can also probably open a ticket with site support, give them the file and ask them to do it for you.

Im trying to verify my fb page and its asking for my domain registrar. No clue what Im doing here people...lol I bought a domain...
The domain registrar is who you bought the domain from. It's odd Facebook would ask you for that though. If you bought your domain here, your registrar would be Wealthy Affiliate. Here is the full explanation from Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Domain_name_registrar
They want me to put in a code to verify its a legit business is what I'm getting out of it. I think I explained this wrong...lol The affiliate I'm using wants to verify my fb page is legit. I originally signed up for this affiliate before I created the fb page and didn't add social media to my list of possible affiliate link postings. Now Im going back to tell them their link will also be on fb. Does that make more sense?

I was trying to get my pages all situated and was totally confused at what I had going on! I had multiple page already published and my tabs were all crazy. This lady SAVED ME!
Good stuff...YouTube can be your friend in tandem with your blog. You can publish related videos, add them to your content, share them across other social platforms, and people simply love video...Thanks for the share! Cheers! Dave : )
I know it can be a challenge for sure...Even today, after years of building websites, there are new things I learn all the time...It does get easier and the questions fewer over time... : )
