I Really Want To Squash This Rumor At WA, Now!

Just wanting to take a moment of your time, and dispel a nasty rumor going around. If you haven't come across it yet, well you know what to do with it if you do :)
Squashing the Bug
I have an innate dislike for rumours, hearsay that can have a nefarious effect on those who are working hard, often struggling to succeed, even more so if it happens to be destructive towards something or someone that I sincerely care about.

So here's the Rumor
I've been randomly happing on a rumor here at WA, that I felt needs to be addressed. It concerns comments we give on each other's WebSites. Rumor has it our site ranking can be adversely affected, and even penalized should Google catch on, that these comments are indeed coming from us Members here at WA.
What got me worried, and made me take action in squashing this rumor, was that certain members were actually fretting about it, and even considering not using the "Comments to Website" section.
I didn't comment at the time, (ya I know, unusual, you can stop smirking now) rather I chose to go straight to the source, and PM'd Kyle. I felt bad,as I'd kind of corralled him up on Live Chat,and knew he was getting ready to grab some sleep. I asked him the same question a hundred different ways, and man is he patient.

Here was his last reply, though I might of sensed a little exasperation, kind of like "OK, you got it now Joseph? ". (notice the OK<, in his last message below, lol)
Anyway, I chuckled, and wished him a good night.
Is there Truth to this Rumor?
So there you go folks, that's the cold hard fact, straight from the Lion's mouth. Keep on keeping those Website comments coming.

Thanks for clarifying. I did see a lot of those comments going around and it did worry me for a minute or so. But then I remembered that Kyle a Carson would have thought about this before putting the site comments platform into action.
Hello Joseph, I hear what you're saying and in general rumours potentially can destroy people or put fear in them about something that will probably never happen or is untrue! I like the quote from Ellen J.Barrier, this is so true! Thank you for blogging Joseph.
I am totally lost with this message, I don't understand neither the question nor the answer. What the heck has the rapid writer to do with website comments? Or what have the website comments to do with quality blogs? And what has a comment from a WA member to do with a penalization from Google?
It's an abstract comparison, comparing both statements, one as senseless the other, kind of like a metaphor.
