Ambassadorship At WA; What's The Big Hype, What's The Point?

I've read quite a few blogs here at WA about what being Ambassador means. You know, like claims that Ambassadors are just a ranking that shows those who participate most at WA? Hmmmm...

Today I found my rank to be at 12, which is the old Ambassador rank. I smiled, as I've been here before and thought to myself; well Self, publish how you feel about being Ambassador...

Personally I take being an Ambassador for and to WA as being an honor, cause WA is definitely unique. How this site has helped people from around the globe succeed, and that's exactly what Life is truly about; Helping and Empowering others.

There's a few individuals here I really look up to. They give us their time, and I Liken them to what a lighthouse is to a sailor at sea. These whom I greatly admire are also long standing Ambassadors, and by long standing I mean years.

Now ambassador ranks have increased from 12 to 25 in the past year, so we're bound to see fluctuations as some may come and go. However many have dug in their heels, and are Monuments, I mean Pillars of WA, I admire them as much as I Respect Kyle and Carson.

So what does being Ambassador entail?

If I take my cue from a few longstanding Ambassadors, such as Robert (Boomergp08), and Jay (Magistudios ), Nathhan (Nathaniel), Loes. Oh, and lets not forget Marion, she has such a big heart, God I love her to bits!!! so many more I want to mention ;)); Ambassadors are here to help, when time permits, to guide us through the common and coming hurdles we may face.

Feel free to take a few hours, and go through Ambassador profiles, blogs and trainings, you'll be astounded.

Dispelling a few myths around Ambassadorship

~Ambassadors @ WA are paid;

Ambassador @ WA is not a paid position, those who are Ambassadors,help because they enjoy helping others succeed.

~Ambassador ranking is meaningless, it simply shows that you are one of the more active members @WA

Although whatever your rank, it does show the degree of involvement a member has within the WA community. If you've been an Ambassador for a length of time, it means that you've contributed quite a bit. Whether you are constantly helping others through posts, answering questions, or have given quality website feedback.

If you are promoting WA, being Ambassador is a great way to show newbies that you are here to support and help along the way.

In conclusion

Being an Ambassador to WA is not to be taken lightly, as it does demand much work . And when asking an Ambassador for help, be polite and patient. Chances are he's or she's head over heels in work. They are not paid consultants, though often times, minus the pay check, that's exactly the role they play..

Above all, remember that an Ambassador is not employed by WA, and are more than willing to help you when time permits. Enjoy the gifts WA offers, we take part in a unique platform

The success of WA, which translates into "Our Success" , is hinged on everyone's desire to grow, share, and succeed. This is what makes WA so great and unique. At WA we Sincerily care about each other's success
