To all who are using a computer !
Yes, we have heard it before. There are dangers in using a computer desktop, laptop or pads. The problem is that we start working, and we are very careful at first, but as our number of hours in front of the computer increases, we begin to forget about what we know.
Besides just work, we find ourselves before a screen for photos, social media, making contact etc. Here's the problem. We intend to just send an email, and before we know it, we have been there 3 hours. Well I came upon an article that sets out very clearly, 9 TIPS, what we can set up so that we can get things done and not have to be constantly worry about the negative effects that are creeping up over time.
