Time out !
With the media seeking to hold our attention these days, and with noise in the background almost all the time, TIME OUT has to be scheduled and experienced.
The question might be "What do we need time out from?" The answer is "everything".
We choose to take time out to create balance in our lives. No matter how much we love our work, there are times when we need to walk away from the computer. Time out can take more than one form. We can just get away and be still, we can spend some time with family, or we might go into some exercise to get that circulation revved up. Even in relationships, a little time out can restore and refresh what is already good.
Since time goes in cycles, why not schedule daily, weekly, monthly breaks and be accountable? Your mental, spiritual, and physical health need it.

you are so right...it is important to take those "time outs" to keep you from becoming stale and unproductive. Breaks can be just what you need to get your mind back on course again.
