There is always a cause

When we find ourselves dealing with the same challenge over and over again, it means there is a cause to be overcome. Sometimes it might be a behaviour, a pain, or a sense of failure that keeps popping up time after time. It is interesting to note that we do have a lot of control over what happens to us and if we just do some introspection and trace the challenge back to the point of origin, we will identify a cause. We find that there is something that needs to be changed.

So what's the problem ? We refuse to think differently. We fear what might happen if we change.

Well then the challenge will always be with us, because after finding out what we now know, we chose it !
