Promise not to take simple things for granted
So we got up this morning, did a day's work, had lunch, and we are now heading back home. On the way we hear an emergency vehicle which turns out to be an ambulance and we are reminded not to take things for granted.
Many people, the world over did not wake up this morning. For some, the day started out right but they were jolted by some challenge.: bad news, a major loss,a big scare,a health issue. Do you realise that there are some people who are not going to make it home today ?
So when you think of all you are complaining about, maybe life isn't so bad after all. Let's decide to count our blessings and be grateful.

We all have a choice today about how we approach the day.
Life is precious and it can be taken away in a moment.
I am blessed each day that I wake up, some will not have that today.
Be kind to others and live in this moment because that is all we have now.
