Nature is good medicine
Taking time out to be one with nature is the best medicine. When we put don the pen, and the computer, and any other gadgets and go for a walk among trees and lakes and watch the birds soaring, we are putting ourselves in a state of calm.
Over the years, little by little, in our search for success we have gotten caught up in busyness and activities that keep us in overdrive longer than the body can manage. We spend so many hours in artificial light, in buildings, in cars, and less and less time in nature.
It has become a habit, but you can change that. In your planning, plan for time out. Change your focus from ‘ doing’ to ‘being’ . It’s ok. You won’t lose that contract. Nature is there for us to get back to ourselves, to regroup, to heal. If we don’t, some day we might have to be medicated into healing.
Save yourself. After reading this, step outside and bond with nature, for the sake of your health.

So many studies have shown that spending time outdoors has amazing mental and physical health benefits. Make it a point to be outside every day when the weather permits.

We all need to realise why nature is there and how good it is for us.
For many is is a great stress buster and for others it is the whole being that is involved.

Good evening my friend, you are so very well correct if you want to relieve stress, if you want your mind to rejuvenate the best way is to go out and be with nature hang out with the tree hang out with the ocean hang out with our animal brothers and sisters. And you'll get a whole new outlook on life, I make it a habit a couple times every day to be a part of nature what a beautiful thing it is. May you have a very wonderful successful week.
