Mastering CHANGE can be a challenge !
Oh yes ! We all know how we can be thrown off balance by change.
When we plan for the change to a new job, a new home, a new career, to start a family, even then the whole exercise of working on new habits, leaving old friends , finding new friends can be daunting. Many times we are stunned by things turning out far different from what we expected.
The biggest challenges come when change is sudden: loss of a relative, a broken relationship, major illness, natural disasters, financial loss and so many more. We are thrown. We might feel that this is the end for us, we don't know who to call on, and where to turn.
If in the moment of the challenge we can just remind ourselves that life is a journey, this is an experience and we can get over it, then adjusting can be less traumatic. In preparation, it helps to keep ourselves grounded by staying close to loving friends and family, maintaining our survival exercises of meditation and exercise, and taking ourselves away every now and then to read uplifting material. We can also do things that nurture our soul , like calling on someone who is not doing well, and giving a helping hand. You will be able to handle change from a different consciousness.
Changes happen to others and it will happen to you. Climate changes, circumstances change and people change. Just know that it will come, it will pass, and you will learn from the experience. You will then be able to help others who find themselves in similar situations. Your experience of being painful can become meaningful. Take heart !

Life is change. Staying the same all of the time would be boring. Even the changes that seem bad at first can be the catalyst for other changes that bring good things.
