As far as I know, you can't create a website with PayPal. Do you have a link to the PayPal site that shows this?

Wix doesn't provide you anything better than you already have with your WA premium hosting. It doesn't integrate any better with PayPal than you can do with a WordPress platform. You would still need to buy a domain name and pay for their premium hosting unless you wanted a site name like yoursite.wix.com which wouldn't be any different than using WA's siterubix subdomains.
