I'm no expert, but I have found that if I email someone and they haven't asked to receive my email FROM your webmail email, it may go to spam. Also, if you use the BCC feature to send to many recipients, the email get flagged as well. I'm not sure of the solution except for using a mailing platform such as MailChimp. This is what I do.

Maybe someone else has more expertise with this issue.

Please have the recipient check their junk mail...it's a pain, but this is what I have found with my recipients.

Yep, that's true :)

You can copy any photographs you want as long they are free with no watermark brands. There are many places to get them. Also, you might want to keep in mind that if you have Google Adsense for your website and if the photographs are branded, then it will be a problem if you are getting ranked and paid by Google. Some people get their own photographs by going to the toy stores and would crop them, then upload them. This will leave you free of any copyright infringements. All the best!

Thank you for the information, I really appreciate it.

Give credit where possible but I like the reply from YvonneBray below. Take your own photos where possible.

Hi Joseph I would also do a search for the legal application of "fair use" legisltation of material for reviews, it covers most countries and worth knowing, many overlook it..

I always find it is best to take your own photos if possible.

Your SEO plugin should control this for you. Are you using the All in One SEO plugin?

I am using All in One SEO.

Which page/post is Bing saying this error is for?

The About Me page.

Hmm, ok, and all of the others are ok? It is just this one?

I'm presuming that you have the Automatic Descriptions turned on?

Or do you add your descriptions manually? Have you added one to the edit page of the About page, in the AIO SEO section?

I just changed the All in One SEO advanced settings to Autogenerate Descriptions. I ran Bing SEO Reports after making the change and it is still reporting the same issue/

Have you cleared the Server Cache?

Websites -> SiteManager -> Details -> SitePlus+ -> Clear Cache

I cleared the Cache as you suggested, but Bing is still reporting:

The description is missing in the head section of the page.

Bing Webmaster Tools is giving the following report concerning one of my websites:

Hi Joseph, Bing should indicate which pages have more than one H1 tag. Go to that page or post click on edit post/page let your mouse hover over the headings yo will be able to see which titles have a H1 tag.
Rule of thumb is to have the title as a H1, second title H2, and the other titles H3.
You should have no problems changing the affected pages/posts.
It does affect your SEO.

Best wishes,
Michael

if it is your blog roll page then don't worry about it as it is the titles from your blogs as h1's
some themes change these to h2's for this reason
but it won't make any difference on this page it is a limitation of bing.
good luck
phil
don't add any h1's to your posts as the title in wordpress is your h1 for each post.

I have not been adding

in my posts, it was entered automatically by the Word Press software.

so these are titles and it will be your blog roll - so don't worry about it

You gotten the correct answers already.
Best of luck

You might want to check which pages this affects.

I checked one of your sites
On the page you have titled as "A History of Toys: Here Is All You Need to Know" every heading is a H1, you need to make them H2 and just leave the page title as a H1.

I checked a few other posts but they were fine. So it must be a manual thing that has happened. Check which pages Bing is warning you about and adjust the headings accordingly.

The issue is with the home page according to Bing.

I am not clear on how to edit the code for the home page in the Dashboard of Word Press.

Is it possible for you to assist me? Thank you.

On your Keto site it looks like its your blog roll thats the issue. Read Phils (feigner) comment below. He explains this is in more detail

Sounds like you have either manually added H1 headings to your content, or you are using a poorly coded theme. If you have added then, you will want to change them to H2 or H3 etc, whichever is the most appropriate structure-wise

I.e.

H1
- H2
- H2
- - H3
- - - H4

I am using a standard theme selected from the list provided by Word Press. I have done no coding of any kind and posted a number of other articles on the same website and have not been notified of the

issue on other pages.

How do I know what is the most appropriate structure-wise?

It will be down to the formatting that you applied, either within SiteContent or WordPress itself, you should never use H1, as your Theme will control that for you, as you can only have one of those.

The appropriate structure is like a Table of Contents.

1
1.1
1.2
2
2.1
2.1.1
2.1.2
2.1.3
2.2
3
3.1
3.1.1

Etc

Ignoring the H1 tag, as that is the Title of your Page/Post, numbers 1, 2 and 3 above would all be H2 tags.

1.1, 1.2. 2.1, 2.2, and 3.1 are all H3 tags

2.1.1, 2.1.2, 2.1.3, and 3.1.1 are all H4 tags.

Hope that helps

I entered the text through the content editor on WA. Then I made changes to posts through Posts in the Word Press Dashboard.

I did not use Text in the Edit Post function. I only use Visual.

Bing is advising me the issue is on my home page. I do not know how to edit Text on the home page.

Is it possible for you to advise how I edit Text on the home page? Thank you.

If your Home Page is your Blog Roll, there isn't anything you can do, except to change your Theme. But honestly, do not worry, a Blog Roll should never really be indexed anyway, as it contains duplicate content. You want people to find your website via the actual Page/Post that contains the information that they were looking for. If you want the Home Page to be indexed, I would create a separate Blog Roll page, and then create a Static Home Page. That way, your Home Page can be indexed, but not the Blog Roll page.
